if you two are not dating or an item of course he is going to make out and date other girls. Now on the other hand, if you two are dating and he made out with another girl then, he's not respecting you or your relationship! If you plan on staying with this guy, be careful and guard your heart and tell him how he is making you feel when he does those things. Don't be afraid to speak up because if you are trying to keep quite just to keep him happy then you are not caring about yourself. You take care and be careful, hope all works out!

It's not really cheating, if he just told you, that he liked you and there was no commitment between you two. He probably just made out with her because he wanted sex and it was convenient. Sounds like you and him, need to sit down and talk and determine if you want to be a pair or not, good luck.

This depends on if you are dating him or not. If he says he likes you, but you two haven't started dating and you aren't boyfriend/girlfriend then it isn't cheating. If you want to go out with him though it's something to seriously talk about with him. Now, if you already are going out, then I would consider it cheating. It's then up to you, whether or not you want to consider seeing him. If you do, then you have to confront him about it and tell him not to do that ever again if he wants to continue being with you.

the average guy will go as far as u let him go. if he feels he can do something and get away with it b/c he knows u wont leave, then he will continue to do it. If u give someone enough rope they will hang themselves. there is no time for letting someone get away with things like cheating

As a man, i would expect you not to talk to me. I would expect you to dump me and make it as horrible as you can. Maybe in front of his mother when you come over to talk to him. Remember to mention why you are dumping him while his mother is there.
