If you are getting all the protein, vitamins & minerals, fiber and nutrition you need, and you are feeling well,, it sounds great. It's about 3 pounds a week, right? You didn't say how tall you are, or what your goal is, but if you are balancing good nutrition an exercize those are the keys. Jogging can be bad for your knees, so you might consider speed walking, gardening and swimming as alternatives.

Congratulations! That's great! Watch you don't cut back too much on the calories though. "Starvation diets" can actually lower your metabolism to a conservative mode. You are better off eating 3 healthy meals per day - just cut back on the fat content. Watch out for the plateau too. At some point, you may stop losing weight. You will need to intensify your workout then. Your body has adjusted to the new condition level and you have to exercise beyond that to enjoy the benefits. Keep up the good work. It sounds like you're doing great.
