Paul Is Arrested
27When the period of seven days for the ceremony was almost over, some of the Jewish people from Asia saw Paul in the temple. They got a large crowd together and started attacking him. 28They were shouting, "Friends, help us! This man goes around everywhere, saying bad things about our nation and about the Law of Moses and about this temple. He has even brought shame to this holy temple by bringing in Gentiles." 29Some of them thought that Paul had brought Trophimus from Ephesus into the temple, because they had seen them together in the city.

30The whole city was in an uproar, and the people turned into a mob. They grabbed Paul and dragged him out of the temple. Then suddenly the doors were shut. 31The people were about to kill Paul when the Roman army commander heard that all Jerusalem was starting to riot.

read carefully Acts 15 word for word..the deciples do not bless on new teaching of Paul

Paul disowns both his new converts and the ones avowing to kill him and claims Roman citizenship, both the enemy of Orthodox Jews and Messianic Jews
36Not long ago Theudas claimed to be someone important, and about four hundred men joined him. But he was killed. All his followers were scattered, and that was the end of that.

37Later, when the people of our nation were being counted, Judas from Galilee showed up. A lot of people followed him, but he was killed, and all his followers were scattered.

38So I advise you to stay away from these men. Leave them alone. If what they are planning is something of their own doing, it will fail. 39But if God is behind it, you cannot stop it anyway, unless you want to fight against God.

obviously all messiahs failed, AD 68 it was the end...read about the seige of Mossada and Roman actions, Temple destruction

What Book of Acts are YOU reading?
In the chapters you cite, Paul is persecuted by non-believers, certainly not his followers.

Actually, Paul is written about in Acts through the last chapter (28). The book was completed before Paul was executed. Perhaps you should get your information from Scripture or a Christian web sight instead of an atheist one.

From the Authorized King James Version of the bible
Acts 28: 16
And when we came to Rome, the centurion delivered the prisoners to the captain of the guard: but Paul was suffered to dwell by himself with a soldier that kept him.

Acts 28:30-31
And Paul dwelt two whole years in his own hired house, and received all that came in unto him,
Preaching the kingdom of God, and teaching those things which concern the Lord Jesus Christ, with all confidence, no man forbidding him.

We see that at the end of Acts Paul lived in his own house and was allowed to preach to all that wanted to come to him and no one forbid any who wanted to come to him to do so.

Paul was jailed for preaching Jesus Christ as the Messiah and Son of God. The devine reason for his imprisonment, it is said, was in order that Christianity come to Rome. His followers did not vow to kill him, neither in Acts or any other Book. Perhaps you are referring to those who did not follow Paul's news of the Lord for their own perverted reasons and, therefore, hardly qualify as followers of even Jesus Christ. Your reference is to a Website for atheism. You cannot reach any rational conclusions about Christianity if you begin a conclusion with bias.
