If you take vitamens or want to....the only way to take a vitamen is to take one with each meal. Reason is.....the vitamens we're getting over the counter are not strong enough, except for the prenatal ones.

One a day is not enough, its a waste of time.

I would buy one of your choice and take one with each meal. Youll notice a difference in how you feel.....Gauranteed.

I use a product called "Juice Plus." It's very expensive, but I feel like I'm getting more natural vitamins from it. I used to get sick a LOT with colds and such, and now I can work all day next to someone with a really bad headcold and never catch it. My immune system is just too strong on the Juice Plus. It's cost around $40 per month, but it's worth every penny. You can look up the "Juice Plus" website on the internet. Most people just wouldn't spend that much for a bottle of vitamins, but I feel so good that I would do just about anything I needed to do to scrape up enough money for it. The problem is that you don't feel the difference until you've been on it for at least 4 months.......after that, you won't ever want to be without it.

I usually use generic counterparts whenever I can, because I end up taking anywhere from 2-3 multivitamins a day, one with each meal. Which means I need to buy more for my money.

Having said that, Stresstabs (or their generic equivalent) are the bomb, they really are a good clean pick-me-up. Nature Made isn't *bad* when you can find it in bulk on sale.....

But yeah, you get the picture. I generally take stress-level multivitamins, focusing on the B/C/E vitamins, the water solubles. Keeps things easier, and the fat-soluble stuff I can usually get from food.

Oh, I also try to keep myself going in *chromium* supplements too, chromium picolinate usually, since that seems to give me a clean, caffiene-free lift too.

Hope this helps.
