What is messed up or wrong in the system ? Most police dept's can do this for you. Just request and fill out the paper work and fee's for criminal background done on yourself, and try to dispute the information that's wrong. Most fee's are $10 to $30. After you get the report. You more then likely have to go threw an attorney and have the wrong info expunged or clear up.Also it wouldn't hurt to get a current credit report from all 3 and see how messed up that is.

Just go to your local 911 Call Centre, and fill out the paperwork and pay to have a criminal background done on you. Usually it costs $20 more or less.
