So why do girls still only pay attention to the "hot", "cute" guys? Just seems like a whole lot of BS to make themselves seem less shallow than they really are.

sorry but what u just said is a whole lotta bs...if this is your experience with most females then you are probably just as shallow or superficial as they are because there a very few "ugly" girls that are hung up on men having to be "hot", which in turns makes me believe that you are only going after "hot" girls And for the record...looks ARENT that important. Looks attract you but personality makes you stick around

Looks are not as important as things like a good personality, but looks are usually what draws our attention to someone first. Since everyone has a different opinion as to what is attractive, those "hot" or "cute" guys are the ones we go after first. But, if those guys are egotistical, abusive or act like an *** towards us, they stop being hot or cute and immediately become ugly and disgusting.

core attitudes, are going to ruin your day.
girls aren't going to it the way you want. that's rule one if you miss that then you'll have plenty of time to remember it because you always return to square one. that doesn't mean you recognize square one,you just have your line of information sighted emotionally rather than percentages . the good news! you can have a lot of thing wrong with you and still be the right guy for them.
it's how you see, that what you are, change the split second this feed back will generate her inquisitive understanding when you do this in her presence. she sense your perceptions of the others guys that make you edgy,so while i generate the feeling if being paranoid in the face of the beautiful guy she needs a reason to rescue you and help you and on, and on

I think it's got something to do with female insecurity. They're afraid of getting too emotionally attached to those who could potentially be 'the one'. You're right, it is a whole lot of BS, but wait for these girls to gain some self-esteem and they'll go for guys who aren't 'hot' or 'cute'... they'll go for a 'real' man!

That really is what they are trying to say...well at least some of them. Okay so its like, it there is a guy and he's not cute, but he's not ugly...he's just okay looking...and he has a really GREAT personality, then that rule applies and i can see why some girls say that. I have to say, i have been guilty of saying that, but when i do, i say personality matters but looks are just as important becus i mean if you look like a monster or sumthin and u have a great personality (this is hypothetically speaking) i mean, no one is going to want to go out with you bcus you look like a monster! Make sense?

We check out hot and cute guys just like you would check out candies in a candy bar. They are good to look at, simple. But it doesnt follow that if an okay looking guy with obvious charm would approach, we would cringe at the idea of going out with him. So what you said abt us not caring abt looks, it is actually true- we really dont.

They are doing the same thing that guys usually say to make girls feel better to get what they want.
But as you get older your focus changes. The things that seem important when you were 18 are not as important when you're 30.

Well, your actually right and wrong. There are a lot of other girls that they don't care of there looks.I care if there nice,funny, and kind of cute. Right now I like a boy that's pretty funny.But your actually also right. BUt don't worry there are a lot of girls that they think are cute but other girls say there ugly.It's really weird.
