go for a shorter gown....tea length is good....you don't want sand in the gown. don't get something with a super big frilly skirt either, it will be tough to manage and get really hot...also, go barefoot. get yourself some flip flops or pretty sandals for the reception but go barefoot on the beach. it looks really nice. but pick a dress this way, just ask yourself....will i be able to walk around easily in this dress barefoot. if you think it will be too much to walk around in without having to lift it up, or struggle with it, find something else. good luck!

I wore an informal wedding dress in a light fabric--it was chiffon. I had the train cut down to just a little train and the dress shortened so that I could wear it barefoot. I bought it from a local bridal shop. I just told them what I was looking for and the wedding location and they had quite a few dresses that would have been good choices. They also suggested ordering a bridesmaid dress in white, however, most of the fabrics on the bridesmaid dresses were heavier than what I wanted. Another good thing about the informals is that they are less expensive!
I wore the dress on the left: http://www.rkbridal.com/public_html/Jacqueline/9350.9351.html There are some pictures from my wedding on my 360 if you want to see more. (Link on my profile.)
I also looked at the beach wedding dress collection on this site: http://www.pjmaxltd.com/

well if your having a beach wedding i would get white flip flops and decorate it myself with bridal stuff. My dress would be not a wedding dress it would be too much for the beach unless that is what you really want. If you want a real beach wedding and dress for the beach thenyou should dress like the beach but you can do alot with it. I would wear a white sexy bathing suit with a crown and a veil of course. the bottom would be a nice summery skirt. oh don't forget the shades.

wintry climate: Have it on your relationship anniversary. That way, neither of you'll forget the date! (Or right here's to hoping he would not...) you also may have images interested by Christmas trees. only element to beware of are freak snowstorms and ice. do not want a sprained ankle earlier you walk down the aisle! summer season: No ice, snow, or chilly climate. yet each little thing is extra intense priced in the course of the summer season because it really is wedding ceremony season. flowers are in bloom, love is contained in the air, and also you danger having your wedding ceremony on an identical day as somebody else's. How about a fall wedding ceremony? I had a pal get married over exertions Day weekend. That way, lots of the relatives from out of city had an additional day so there changed into no rushing round. It changed into awesome. My mum and dad were given married in October and had dried flowers rather of genuine flowers. anybody idea it changed into very stylish, yet this changed into again contained in the 70s...

Yeah, you should look for something without a train, and light and summery for a beach wedding. You'll look goofy if you don't match your surroundings (big huge silk gown with train, on sand-- ugh).
I've seen nice beach-type gowns at alfredangelo and the Jcrew wedding selections, too. Lots of places have them, really.
BTW, fiancee=a woman, fiance=a man.
