Pella's are a good window but after replacing windows on my own in my last three houses I prefer Gorell or Seaway. You won't find a better built, more efficient window than a Gorell. Seaway is a notch below but they are still far superior to Home Depot, Lowes and Anderson windows.

Gorell and Seaway have blinds inside some models. Well worth your time to check them out!

Pella windows are supposed to be the best. I'm not sure about dust getting inside but I've known lots of people with these windows and no complaints.

Their claim is that dust will not get inside and if it did I would imagine they would be defective and would be under warrenty to be replaced. Check out their website.

These are thermal windows and are therefore air tight so dust cannot get in.They're filled with an inert gas---can't remember which one.
