They most likely will be castrated and turned into girls ... that is if you are in Alabama. Then they will become child brides for some old hillbillies!

Good luck with that.

Years in the past in all risk in the time of my 2d twelve months in Florida I got here domicile from artwork and my cats have been outdoors. They have been domicile cats and did not bypass outdoors. the front door grow to be locked. I went around lower back (there grow to be a screened in pool section) and observed the show screen were cut back. I went all over the domicile and appeared interior and no person grow to be there. I went interior. there grow to be data that somebody were dealing with each drawer interior the placement, there grow to be an inclination twine coat hanger on the water mattress. not something super like the television grow to be lacking, yet a huge jar of replace grow to be lacking, a digital camera and a few different products. I observed as the police, not understanding i grow to be suited on the line between community and county police. After and hour and a nil.5 of waiting, I observed as lower back. looks the community police theory it grow to be a county undertaking, so as that they sent no person; the county police theory it grow to be a community undertaking, so as that they sent no person. finally somebody confirmed up. 2 weeks later we found out that some community young infants were skipping college, breaking into properties for money and besides the fact that small issues they'd take. The police made all 4 young infants come to the door, say sorry and return what they took. All it is unquestionably and robust, yet that feeling of violation in no way left.

The least of your worries should be what happens to them if they get caught. What happens to an 11 or 12 year old in a 3,000 pound 80 mile per hour guided missle when it hits a tree, bridge, or God-forbid another innocent car with a family in it.
Do whatever you have to to stop them. Save their lives!!

If you want them to get caught, call the police. Seeing as they are too young to be behind the wheel. They could kill someone being out there when they have no business doing so. And, what's worse is, if you know about it and don't tell anyone you're just as much at fault!

Driving without license and Grand theft auto. I don't know how they prosecute children under 13 who commit felony offenses.

If you are for real and you give a crap about them, I suggest letting every adult you know in on it and hopefully one of them will snatch up your friend and talk to him before he does it. Getting caught coud mean time in juvie. Sometimes a friend has to make the right decision for a friend. Good luck.
