Make your pasta noodles. Toss them with a tiny bit of oil to keep them from sticking together and put them aside. Then wrap your tuna steaks in aluminum foil with whatever seasonings you like and put in oven on 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes, depending on how thick they are. In pot or pan, take about 2 Tablespoons flour, same with butter, and brown the flour, assing milk slowly until desired consistancy of thickness of your white sauce. High in protein, low in cooking time and clean up.

My husband just asked me the same thing and I'm still trying to wake up yet! I work noc shift so my morning is around four in the evening. Well yesterday we has spaghetti so that is out. I love a good stir fry with fresh veggies and chicken. Otherwise I like the old standby-barbecued hamburgers. I always love that!

Broil up those tuna steaks with a little lemon and butter (dill if you have it) and serve with hot buttered noodles, some canned green beans (you need a veggie with no starch, so corn is out! he, he)
