Fast, drink only water, and excersize at least 30 - 45 mins each day. That may get you close.
If you can't cut out food completely, eat an apple for breakfast. Then only eat a can of tuna (in water, not oil) for lunch (no crackers or mayo). It sucks, but I know someone who did this and had excellent results.

Seriously, you can eat smart and excercise and all that, but losing 10 in a week isn't necessarily the smartest thing to do. Go with losing what you can as you can.

Are you kidding? The body is only designed to lose 2-4 lbs MAX a week. Even if you starve yourself and/or exercise your *** off.
The only way to induce that is to get actual liposuction (or some form of surgery) to lose that many pounds in one week.

10 lbs of what, fat? practically impossible unless u starve urself and work out nonstop for the whole week ... sorry.
10 lbs of muscle? hmmm why would u want to?
10 lbs is a better goal to achieve in a month... thats actually possible

well you best eat well, eat slowly and read or watch tv while you do. that way you can be full over small portions. plus work out daily. i'm doing that myself.
but a word of caution, losing too much weight can be hazardous. look into google to see why. especially in a week.
