Nope. Its individual. You can be allergic to ducks and be fine with cats or allergic to dust and be fine with pollen. So you might be allergic to hamsters but noone can tell unless you pick one up.

Take antihistamines and that will stop allergies.

maybe --do hamsters have dander? that's what people allergic to cats are allergic to.

'cept it'd be on a smaller scale and to a smaller degree. . . :)

Probably: Both are furry little critters after all. But it might not be so bad if you have a short-haired hamster.

I have REALLY bad cat allergies and also hamsters. I would assume that if you have one, you have the other too.

animal dander is just that. doesn't matter what animal it came from.
