Watch something boring on tv, like an infomercial or a tv show/movie you normally wouldn't watch. Turn out all the lights and just snuggle up, get comfy, daydream, open your shades and gaze at the stars through the window. Imagine where you want to be in 10 or so years and imagine how an average day would play out in that life, in detail.

I have no idea...good luck.

If anything, being online keeps you up rather than help you sleep, so get off the computer! :)

Go out and rent a movie, or watch t.v.

If it's boring, or you're actually sleepy but can't sleep then it will make you gradually fall asleep.

At least it works for me.

Drink Camamille tea that will put you to sleep..but get the fresh kind the straw looking little bulk..and boil it and drink it with sugar and a little milk..
