Nothing happens instantly, but here is a way to start it pretty fast.

Put shortcuts to all your screensavers in a folder on your desktop.

Just in case you don't know how:
right click a clear area of your desktop, move pointer over New, click Folder, right click the new folder, select Rename, name it Screensavers (or whatever), click Start, click Search, type *.scr, click search, highlight the files, right click and drag to your new folder, click Create shortcuts here. If I left out any steps (or whatever), I'm sure you can figure it out, probably did not need to read them anyway.

Now whenever the mood hits you just click your 'Screensavers' folder and select the one you want.

Faster yet: put one of the shortcuts directly on the desktop. Saves clicking the folder. Since that icon could be covered with another window (or, your fingers are on the keyboard, not the mouse), also create a hot-key to launch it.

If this is all about "security", then make sure you configure the screensaver to require a password upon resume.
