I need to know where I can find labeled pictures of a cutaway view of the brainstem, specifically a front and side view. I am having a heck of a time finding this and any help would be appreciated.

Do a search using Yahoo images. It will bring up Brainstem pics. Once you click on the picture you are pleased with, it will take you to the website that hosted it.

Try the above link- supposed to give interactive 3_D images. I am assuming you have looked at a copy of "Gray's Anatomy" already?

Go to: http://www.afip.org/Departments/oafme/, click on the link to autopsy diagrams, there are two there that I think are what you are looking for.
