I wouldn't but if you do take the drive shaft out. It will keep you tranny from getting screwed up. And of course put it in neutral. Make sure the selector switch or lever is in the 2wheel high mode.

check in your owners manual. there should be a section regarding RV dinghy and requirements. This is important (obviously, or you wouldn't be asking), because you may void your warranty. Contact the Toyota... get it in writing that the car is towable behind a RV. Just putting the car in neutral isn't good enough. You can also opt to trailer it or have only the drive wheels off the road.

If your rv is powerful enough and you know a good mechanic to change the transmition out for a new one due to no fluid going trough it
