Radiowaves and x rays are forms of energy.

Steam, wind, atoms, and water are all matter. All matter exists in the form of liquid, solid, gas, or plasma. Steam and Wind are gas. Water is a liquid,

Atoms can be any form. the difference between the states has to do with how energized the matter is and the distance the electrons are from the nucleous.

It is theorized that matter can be converted to energy and energy into matter.
