You could probably slip your arm around his waist too. Better yet, have him give you a piggy back ride. WOOOO.
Or you could walk arm in arm, not holding hands really, but arm in arm. I don't know how to explain it.

You would put your arm around his waist. It would be quite uncomfortable if you tried putting your arm around his neck if he has his arm around your waist. This applies if you two are side by side. If he's in front of you with his hands on his waist then you would put your arms around his neck.

That's an interesting question. I guess you could put the arm nearest to him, around his waist. I mean, you can't hardly dangle that arm in front of you, can you? What else could you do with it? As for your other arm, that one you can dangle.

well you could hold his hand that's around you or you could put your arm around his waist or you could put your arm around his neck....I don't think it really matters..they don't care as long as you feel close to each other..that's the point

if he's your bf and you're walking, either you will put your arms on his waist or just leave your arms on your side..
if you're dancing, then you can put your arms around his neck ....
