Doing anything that you would not be ok with your partner doing the same is CHEATING. All relationships have their own rules, some are open, some are VERY closed. The boundaries need to set within the relationship and agreed to by both partners.

It's not cheating to have friends.
But can you honestly say you would be happy for your BF to read all your e-mails and messages to your male friend? If not, it might be a little bit cheating.
