I don't take them at all as a prescription. ... and I think I will be tested on Wednesday. Should the drug be out of my system by then if I drink plenty of fluids?

I can tell you that you will not pass the urine test for the following reason:
1) You don't say way you are taking this drug that has a very high risk for many interactions with other drugs and very serious side effects related to the entire human body.

And not to mention that you also can become toxic without these these test being taken and destroy organs in your body and worse of all even possible death.
My professional suggestion is that you get to the doctor who wrote the prescription for you prior to taking a urine test. (As I don't see how you can pass the urine test).
