My sister is trying to lose weight and I told her about eating 5-6 small meals a day. But the problem is that she says her job gets so busy that she barely has time to eat.
She's a dental assistant and she says that sometimes the dentist has people come in to get their teeth worked on which runs into their lunch time and then they ususally don't get a break.
Is their a solution I could suggest to her of the best times to eat when she gets off from work at 6pm? Can she still lose weight if she eats later in the evening?

yes she can ....from 11 o'clock in the mourning to your body is cleaning itself out ....but you can change these cycles....what she needs is to drink jouices during the day and then she has one big meal after she gets off with mostly vegatables and she can still loose weight

it will be hard. a person should eat less and less as the day progresses (big breakfast...small dinner.) if she cannot eat small meals tell her to take granola bars, veggies, or low fat or low calorie snacks she can have to prevent her from having hunger attacks and eating a large dinner later...still she should not skip meals...if she can only eat late, she can only eat late. just tell her to make sure that she is eating at least 2-3 hours before she sleeps and she should be ok as long as she's controlling proportions.
