Ive already taken the initiative in flirting with my crush, she is aware that i like her. If she's waiting for me to make the move, she's going to be disappointed b/c I don't want to pursue someone who doesn't want me. She hasn't really shown and definate signs of liking me, unless u call flirting for fun something i should take seriously. Do you think my perpective on this situation is good or bad.

i think u have the right perspective, but i also think that u may have been hurt in a relationship before, you call it 'flirting for fun', she might only flirt with guys she really likes. niot all girls are the same, and some girls hide their feelings, so although your basic perspetive is right, u havent taken in other factors, which u need to do. if i were u, i would make the first move, and then if she does reject, hey, u didnt think she liked u anyway! as the saying goes, its better to have loved and lost, than never loved at all

lots of luv,
ezza

As a girl- I will tell you that sometimes girls DON'T show interest because they're scared of coming off looking slutty or desperate. Maybe she likes the attention you give her, but is a little scared she's misinterpreting you. Ask her out. You might be pleasantly surprised and if she isn't interested at least you won't forever wonder what could have been.

Well if you dont ask youll never know and will always be wondering if she likes you. While you are waiting for a sign then you might pass out on someone else and better.

ask her out!

i got help from yahoo! answers

my current boyfriend asked me out right when i talked to him about the situation

he told me that he's been wanting to ask me out for a long time, he'd just been scared of ruining our friendship like me!

whatever you do, don't come on to strong to this girl. just ask her if she'd like to go out to starbucks or a movie. don't ask her out for a very fancy expensive meal, especially if she's a low maintenance girl [leave that for later on in the relationship] don't talk about yourself too much, talk about her intrests. ask her questions, but not too many. if she agrees to the date, end it with a simple hug, not a kiss because you don't know where this might be going, especially if you don't feel a connection. good luck!

well, i think you're denying yourself what you really want and you're giving up and you're not going after your "goals" so to speak. What if she does like you, but she's sort of shy when it comes to expressing her feelings b/c she's afraid of rejection or getting hurt.

You should ask her out....
