I know that douching works but was told you can strip your lining. And of course we ALL know soap and water cleanses you. But how do you keep the inside fresh? With using Norforms suppositories which may cause infection?
I usually take a bath and put a cup of vinegar in it? Any other suggestions?

I believe there are some products made just for cleaning the vagina area that will make it fresher. Like some are made by Massengill, the same people who make the douche

Regardless of some opinions, douching with a mild solution does keep the vagina clean. You can use a bit of white vinegar with warm water for the douching. Norforms or anything similar should not be necessary. Of course, there is a natural scent from the vagina that is pleasant to most guys.

Silly, just keep yourself clean. Anything more and you risk infections.
