How can i view an image that are .pds files without downloading additional software?

do you mean pSd not pds? if it's psd it is a photoshop file, which you need adobe photoshop to open. if you got the file from someone, they obviously have photoshop, so it's best to ask them to convert it to jpg or gif or bitmap which you can view with any program. photoshop is an expensive program... of course there are ways of getting a copy.

I don't know a .pds file but I know you need to download Adobe Acrobat Reader to read .pdf files.

pds is an extension used to store e-mail for Incredimail. You have to have Incrediamail to open them.
