In my youth I was a very sound sleeper. I even slept through an earthquake once! As we get older our sleep patterns change. I do not tend to be a sound sleeper any more. I sleep fairly good for about 3 hours then I wake up all night long. Such is life when you are old.

I am a light sleeper. The slightest peep wakes me up and any flicker of light opens my eyes.
