Maryland Ghost Hunting?

Question

I am big into ghost hunting and all, and there are several places I heard about that i want to check out, but I dont know any information about them. Could someone please tell me about, Glendale Hospital, Forest Haven, Ceder Knolls, and Hell House? Are these places really haunted? What was your/or someone you know experences in these places? and if they are do you know the legend behind them and why they are haunted?

Ghost and Spirits are basically everywhere, I seen them and or felt their presence almost ever places I lived. I actually seen six, half of them I believe were either Angels or Spirits from Heaven, the other three were ghost, plus I felt many others, their presences. I ran into one face to face in a Hospital were I work in NH, this part of the hospital was a new building only 3 months old at the time.
Ghost are basically stuck on earth due to being negative in live, they are afraid to go to the light, that's why they are here. unless someone is gifted enough to communicate and show - tell them to go to the light, that would take them to Heaven. most ghost don't even know their dead.
The best way perhaps to get off a picture of one is to take a friend at night to a grave yard. one of you stand and the other walk around some graves for about 15 minutes, and than the other start taking pictures of you, than have them developed and see if you got lucky.
