If you thought it was, then for you it was. Too bad you limited it to the middle of the night, but that was 14 years ago when nudity was still a bit more restricted then it is now.
If you still like being naked outside, you've got to try a day at the nude beach. It's incredibly awesome, and a totally appropriate place to get naked with others. I've been going to the nude beach here on Long Island for the past four years, and I will never wear a bathing suit again (at least not until I'm old and wrinkled...I'm 21, so that day should be well in the future.)
Nude in the sun is just plain fun.

I don't know if that's hot, but it is definitely illegal and a great way to get carted off to jail!
Imagine your embarrassment when the story airs on all your local news channels the next morning and is front page news in the local paper. You can almost read the headlines "Nude pervert caught terrorizing local neighborhood" complete with a mug shot of your naked a** in jail looking and feeling really, really stupid.
Plus, who are you going to call to bail you out? Your mom and dad? Have fun explaining that! I would love to hear how that conversation would go! "Umm...Hi Mom? Umm... I need you to come post my bail, I've been arrested. Yes, I said, I've been arrested....Well, I was just minding my own business and these cops came up and arrested me for NO REASON." Of course they will find out the real story the next morning when they open their morning paper. But I'm sure they will be oh so proud of their boy!!!

Only if you're really good looking and not a total creep. If you're so fat that you hang off of park benches or anything like that or you're a toal perv, then it's really freaking weird.
