My brother is an amazing musician, he's 6 years older. I'm only 12, but all my parents talk about is how awesome he is and his music is so good. I feel like I have nothing to be proud of. I love my brother, but everyone else in the family loves him more. What should I do?

I don't believe they love him more. But I do understand how you feel. It's hard to follow in an older siblings footsteps. Is music something you are really interested in or are you doing it because your brother did and it seems to have gotten him a lot of positive attention? If you are truly interested and you want to become a better musician, I suggest you see if your older brother can help you become better. If you're not really interested in the music, I suggest you find something you are interested it and make it your own.

I am sorry that you feel this way. I am pretty sure that your parents love you too. I would tell your parents how you feel and I bet that you'll find out that is just a big misunderstanding and they love you just as much as your brother. Good luck. Don't worry about anything .

Nothing is your brother - grow up and take care of yourself.
