My neighbors have a little boy who is the biggest cry baby brat. He's about five and he constantly screams, cries, yells at and throws things at his parents. All they do after a little bit is pick him up, hold him, and carry him inside. AHHH!
Oh how I wish I could grab him, tie him to a chair, put a sock in his mouth and tell him to shut up!! But I would get in trouble right? LOL!

OMG My neighbor kid is the same, this one has a habbit of SCREEMING! NO reason just screams. the parents are oblivious to the racket and do not controll her.. I wanna choke the little brat it's been goin on a year or so I think I might call the cops and report it the parents are "no speeka the Engleesh,no understand"
I say, let the beatings begin!!!

Tell your neighbors that there's a parenting class you would like to attend and thought maybe they could get something from it also. This way they aren't feeling attacked so to say, you both might learn something good from it (whether you have kids or not you still come across kids you would have to deal with), and the kids would benifit from having more informed parents. Win win all around.

I did have a kid next door like this...I even found the little prick on the roof of my garage once...Lets just say we had a talk... I threatened, he listened... anyone caught on my roof again will be shot and I will call the police to come get the body ! ( show of firearms )
I will not put up with crap like that again... He knows I don't like him and we have the agreement that he stays away and he goes on living.... (ha ha I am really NOT that mean, well sorta...)
His parents would do nothing about it if I did complain so I took care of it myself!

Lolz, yeah you would get it trouble hahaha.
I used to have one of these annoying little kids as a neighbor some time ago. We couldn't put up with him throwing stuff at our pool, coming into our house eating our stuff and leaving, hitting everyone and almost drowning my chihuahua so we moved.

I usually think about grabbing the parents and slappin' them around a bit. If they paid attention to the kids, they wouldn't be brats.

yeah...theres lots a bratty kids that live on my street...but i guess their the parents problem, not mine.
