Cheesy mashed potato.
Boil up some old waxy potatoes; mash them with butter; mix in some grated cheese (the stronger the better); place in a shallow dish, and add more grated cheese to the top. Place in a pre-heated oven for about 20 minutes, on quite a high temperature, until the cheese has all melted in. For an added touch, add some finely chopped spring onions to the mix.

there's no winter in my country so i cld only tell you what is my fav comfort food sitting in front of the tv on a cold rainy nite. that wld be a hot chocolate drink with hot toast or hot chocolate muffins.

Cheese and tomato on crackers, raw brocoli, and crisps, oh man i wish i had'nt answered this, guess what i'm gonna be doing shortly!! i have to watch top gear with this snack, iv'e got about 3 episodes from the last series still not seen yet.
