OkAY i try not to tell this to anyone BUT ( i want you to have the best ribs) this is one of the biggest secrets at one of the biggest Rib restaurants boil your ribs in COKE AND DR PEPPER 2:1 ratio (make sure you put enough so that all the ribs are completely covered with the soda) boil for like an hour (hour after it started boiling) then drain and brush BBQ sauce on it and grill them and as you are grilling keep brushing with BBQ sauce as you are grilling (you do not need to grill for hours cause it is all ready cooked ( and probably falling off the bones) ) just cook till it is nice and hot then serve with fries very very very GOOD i promise ( if you like spicy add hot sauce to your BBQ and then brush it on YUMMMOOOO
hope you try it out and enjoy it as much and my friends and family do

If you dont want to screw around boiling your rack of ribs, do this:
Get heavy duty aluminum foil. Put in rack, a can of beer, garlic, onion and seal. Montreal Steak Seasoning is great too.
Let marinate a few hours. Put the whole package on the grill at low temp about 280. Cook for 3 hours. Unwrap and serve. Perfect.
If you dont want to marinate, or use liquids, just remember 280 degrees for 3 hours makes the best, most tender ribs. Use a dry rub.

First put a little cooking oil in the bottom of a foil pan, lay ribs in pan, pour beer of choice into pan so that the top of the ribs are just sticking out of liquid, add a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce and just a little liquid smoke. Sprinkle the top of the ribs with Cajun seasoning. Cover with aluminum foil, place on grill over medium heat for one hour. Remove ribs carefully from pan, as they will be very tender, and place on grill for a few minutes on each side to brown and add flavor but the absolute best way is to coat ribs with Cajun seasoning and place on a smoker using mesquite charcoal and mesquite chips for 4 to 6 hours depending on how many ribs you are smoking, try to maintain 225 degrees in smoker.

Sauce them, place in a roasting pan, bake at 250 turning every 30 minutes and basting as necessary. when the meat pulls back from the bone (and the bone becomes just a bit loose) they are done. (wet method)
Finish at moderate heat with sauce on the grill

Marinate them in the sauce you like and then cook them covered in a 350 degree oven until they're almost done. THEN grill them. They'll be very tender.
