take her out to a cool place, i dont know a movie theater, a show, and then in the mean time have your friends set up a real nice romantic picnic scenario at night time in the middle of the park. candles and everything and some light music in the backgroud (hide the radio or cd player). take her to the park for a walk and say, 'hey, whats that over there? lets go check it out... get close and say, 'thats so cute! some cute couple set up this little picnic...but where are they?' grab her hand and take her in.
i would flip! if a guy ever did that to me! thats like MY dream picnic, hehe

Take her to a nice quiet romantic restaurant . Where it's just the two of you and you can get to know her better w/o all the outside distractions and noise. Good Luck!
