Start by slowing increasing the physical contact. Lean your head on his shoulder if you're watching a movie. Touch his arm if he says something funny. This is guaranteed to get him thinking about you as more than a friend. Next, look for things that the two of you can do together that are more "coupley" and less "friendly". Go out for dinner at a nice restaurant. Take an afternoon walk in the park. Show him what a good girlfriend you'll make. Chances are, if you keep doing this you won't have to worry about asking him out because he'll ask you out!

Hang around him very often and do a lot couples things together, watch scary movie to get even when it's not scary still scream and sit close to each other, go to romantic restaurants, go to the beach together. do i lot of thing that is comfortable together and say romantic thing like love verse that will turn him on and he will ask you out. If he don't then go up to him straight and tell him how you feel and maybe he feels the same way about you and maybe he will ask u out or you ask him.And things will fall in place. When he is not in a good mode cheer him up and made hi mm feel comfortable around you.
E-mail me at dollyfacesash@hotmail.com or facebelle@yahoo.com for some love verses.

If it is as simple as you put it, there's nothing odd about your situation.
Arrange a meeting with him on neutral ground and tell him exactly how you feel- in simple words. . . . . . . YOUR words!
If he's worth anything, he'll deal with you well. He'll respect your feelings, express his, and together you can work things out.
Just know that whatever happens, you must get on with your life.

Just say "Look, ____, I ve liked you for a while now, and i am ready to move on to the next step on the stairs, i would like it if we could just try, and if it doesnt work out, or it seems to weird, we dont have to anymore, what do u say?" and that is all you gotta say. if he rejects you, just say to your self, then it wasnt meant to be, at least not yet, but if he says yes, then you go girl!!!

-Go hang out like normal. If the mood seems right, lean in to kiss him. See how he reacts. Maybe just ask him if he has any other feelings for you. Do it all casually. You don't wanna freak out if he rejects you. And you don't want him to freak.

Why don't you suggest something that would be innocent or natural that would not seem like a date...or you could flat out tell him how you feel....Of course rejection is always a possibility, but nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Some of the best relationships start as friendships. Just ask him.
