Advertise in the newspaper as handicapped accsessible room for rent.

I would check with area on aging, or other handicapped agencies, united way as well as newspaper, and little shopper papers in the area. Maybe even some of the radio stations. Good luck

most cities and towns have local newspapers that are free or low cost for advertisements...thats the best way to put it out there...or u can post flyers in the grocery store and other areas..just screen your tenants thoroughly to be safe and avoid landlord headaches.
