I've recently gotten bumps on my arms and neck. They look like mosquito bites but they do not itch or hurt, in fact I don't feel anything from them. What could it be?? I don't think it can be bug bites because my girlfriend sleeps with me and hasn't gotten it. I usually get eczema during winters. But this doesn't look like that at all. What is going on here?? The skin over these bumps also dry out and flake off.

P.S. These bumps appeared a week and a half ago and haven't gone away. There are 9 on my left forearm and 4 on my right arm near the bicep. There are probably 10 on my neck.

Just go see your Doctor....I'm sure they will be able to tell you what it is and perhaps give you something for it.

well what i would do is go to the Doctor as soon as you can because you dont know what it is it could be just some rash or something serious

You should go to a dermatologist..
