On bebo (its a site like myspace), my best friend (a girl, i'm a guy, 15yo) had a "bebo family" thingie. You tell them what you want to be and they write your name by your chosen title, anyways, when she wrote down my name Reilly (her pet name for me, and she doesn't let others use it) she wrote "Reilly-the one and only" when she only wrote the name for everyone else. Do you think this means anything? Her ex-boyfriend used to call her "the one and only".

I don't see how it matters at all. But then again I am not a kid. One thing you need to learn is what that was done in a womans past is none of your business and the same for her. Your past is your business and not hers. It will only cause a fight. It is showing here in this. You know something from her past so you think it has some kind of meaning.

Why don't you just cut to the chase -- and ask her what she means by it!?!
You may be the one and only Reilly she knows, or, you may be THE one and only!
The quickest way to clear this up is to go straight to the source.
Good luck!
