Without a proper diet you can be susceptable to getting a lot of illness during your life and not to mention if you wind up becoming obese that will drmatically shorten your life span too. Therefore, eat healthy.

well....the human body wasnt made for todays modern food.the earlier people(natives)bodys were acustumed to fruit,veges,meat,nuts,breads,and that was it....not cakes or chips.so today your body is still like that...so in order for you to be healthy eat all the natural food you can(including lots of water!)and trust me you will start feeling a lot better.also iv heard that if u eat better u wont feel as bad during your menstral!trust me it works.
