Excellent question... I believe that the God-fearing folk are under the impression if someone doesn't accept their "savior" into their live they will burn in hell.

My opinion is this is a fear-based tactic to bring people into their religion, which is sometimes successful, sometimes unsuccessful.

It does foster division of humanity, so ultimately nobody wins.

As a Christain, I know that only through Jesus Christ and God's final arbitrament can we go to Heaven or Hell. If those who are not familiar with Jesus Christ are able to gain knowledge and accept him as their savior, they will have some chance of going to Heaven. (Just to make it clear, I am not trying to shove religion down anybody's throat.)

Oh and Doug, I don't hate my own gender. My question is just for the sake of gaining knowledge. Sorry for the misconception.

J-sus went to hell during the time he died on the cross. It depends on who you talk to basing on their believes. You cant worry about something like this some people do not believe in J-sus at all or hell i believe in both.

So this question all depends on the person what kind of answer you are gonna get the main thing is what you believe and you follow it as long as it is with love, and understanding of other people and their differences

Most say that those people can still go to Heaven because they never had the chance to hear about God. If that's true, then perhaps we all should have been Native Americans, members of some remote tribes in Africa, etc.

In the bible it states, EVERY KNEE SHALL BOW AND EVERY TONGUE CONFESS THAT JESUS CHRIST IS LORD. So I would say that everyone will know Him at the great white throne judgement.
