The ailment is called sleep apnea, More men suffer from it than women. Women also snore. I know , I have to shake my wife and try to go back to sleep
People that have it severely are in danger, they stop breathing during the night , raising blood pressure.
I sleep with a c-pap machine

Oh no that is not the case at all. I do not snore, and neither do any of my 3 roommates. however i know a lot of guys that do snore. on women snoring, of course they do! i think its more of an age thing than a gender thing. ive never heard a younger girl snore but my mom snores horribly and a lot of the old people do too both men and women.

Both men and women snore, though not all of them, men or women snore. Women tend to be better listeners and probably just wake up first.

1. No, not all guys snore....some just breath out with a whistle, sort of.
2. Women do too Snore! If you want proof, come to my house at night. Or tape yourself. I would bet that you may come up with a few snorts here and there.

I snore. It has to do with the way you breath at night. When you don't get enough air through your nose passage, your mouth will swing open to get the amount you need to breath while sleeping, thus, causing you to snore. It's not just a man thing...
