"Wa bisawmi ghadinn nawaiytu min shahri Ramadan"
translated: i intend the keep the fast for tommorow in the month of Ramadan
As long as you have the intention for fasting you do not have to say the words, providing your intention is to keep a fast tommorow for Ramadan.
