brush your teeth with arm and hammer baking soda, not the tooth paste with it in it, but the real stuff. i know its going to taste disgusting but it works. just do it once a day or once every 2 days but continue to do it until you notice a difference and are happy with the whiteness of your teeth

Use Tom's toothpaste of Maine. It has a variety of kinds, but they have a natural whitener in the toothpaste. Since it is made from all natural ingrediants, that is whitening naturally.

You can brush your teeth 2 or more times a day. Use listerine. Eat healtier foods, and if none of these works, get them professionally whitened.

Not an answer to your question but a tip I heard this week... use a straw when you drink anything, otherwise the drink gets on your teeth and will stain after a while

Avoid coffee, tea, all beverages with dark coloring to it. Some foods stain like crazy.
Brush frequently, especially after you drank or ate a dark colored food product.
The straw thing seems like a good idea also.
