Depends on context.
If they're criticizing your housekeeping, yes.
If it's a spouse, you'd probably be wise to smile and agree (and wipe off the table), despite the fact that this is obviously an opening salvo. This isn't about the table, trust me.
If it's a visitor, hand them a cleaning rag.
If it's a teenager, expect this to be one of a wide array of "don't do as I do (cf. the kneedeep dirty laundry in my bedroom), do as I say" messages. (These days it's the kids who have sermonizing privileges, and we parents are supposed to shape up). Hand them a cleaning rag also.
Generally, I'd follow the cardinal rule of "Don't start no s**t; won't BE no s**t", which is: he who brings it up gets to deal with it. Anybody and everybody is eligible to be handed a cleaning rag and a bottle of Clorox Clean-Up.
If it's someone mixing their metaphors and they are actually trying to allude to something like "lay your cards on the table" or "get this off your plate" or "wipe the slate clean", I'd consider it more amusing than anything else. (Remember SIster Sixto on "The Flying Nun"? No? Okay; I'm showing my age.)

Nope. Atleast if the table did need to be wiped off. Sometimes, people just get offended way too easy and call you sarcastic...Alot of times, people mistake me for being sarcastic, because I don't always use a "normal" tone of voice... Just goes to show how dumb and unaccepting people can be..

Perhaps you could be more specific next time when you ask question. Anyway, to consider whether the statement you gave as sarcastic or not, it is really depends on the context.

In my opinion no. It's more of a warning. or a hint that maybe you should take your turn at wiping the table.

I would guess it probably was sarcasm, yes, especially if the statement was accompanied by a wink or a grin.
