Yep... according to Christian mythology, anyway.
"Because God made you for a reason, he also decided when you would be born and how long you would live. He planned the days of your life in advance, choosing the exact time of your birth and death. The Bible says, "You saw me before I was born and scheduled each day of my life before I began to breathe. Every day was recorded in your book!" [Psalm 139:16]"
Of course... this would ALSO mean that God:
1) God plans all abortions ( the mother who requests the abortion and the doctor who performs it are blameless. Since it is God who planned the abortion of the child (God chose the "exact time" of the death), the mother and doctor are simply puppets who are fulfilling God's plan)
2) God plans all murders (In the same way, if God chooses the "exact time" of death, then all murders are planned by God, and murderers are simply God’s puppets)
3) God plans many rapes (Since God decided when you would be born, and God knew who your parents would be, It means that every rape resulting in a conception must be part of God’s plan)

God has given you a gift of life. He had given you a natural gift of Blessing and curse. Blessing if you live a good life, a curse if you do not live up to His expectations. How you live your life is your choice. The way you die is most likely the result of how you choose to live. It could also be hereditary or a result of how you take care or did not take care of yourself. It could also be caused accidentally which is not your choice nor anybody's.
You are not a pawn on the chessboard where the hands of God can put you in any of the squares he chooses. It will defeat the purpose of the FREE WILL He gave you. He may know what and when will it happen but it will also be like you have been given ways to choose from to avoid it or to make it happen. There are many samples I can give but what I am trying to get across is that we should try to avoid believing our fate lies in God's hand alone otherwise there is no substance to the free will that he gave us. Our fate should always be based on the circumstances surrounding us and our choices of doing or not doing what should be done. There should be no one else to be blamed.

God has a plan for each individual life, which includes a time of death. However, sin alters God's plan, and often leads to the premature death of a person, before the time God intended that person to die. The sin that ends that person's life may be his own, for example if he takes illegal drugs and dies of an overdose, or participates in illicit sex and contracts AIDS. The sin that ends a life prematurely can also be someone else's sin. For example if you are shot in a holdup or are killed by a drunk driver, or are aborted before you have a chance to experience God's plan for your life. If you don't die as a result of your own sin or someone else's sin, then you will die a natural death at the time God intends.

God KNOWS how and when you'll die before your born, yes.
I think most major events in your life you (your soul, that is) plan out in a general way, including your death, or at least certain events after which point where its "ok" for you to die, and certain scenarios to provide said opportunitys.
death isn't that big of a deal really....

Yes, God knows our end before our beginning, however some say that in Heaven, we won't remember anything about this life, so we won't miss it, but I think our choices, our works and our faith in this world also determines eternity, but God knew the choices we would make before we were born, which puts us all in the hands of one God.

Well, the bible has this verse, "it is appointed for every man once to die, and then the judgment". God knows everything we will ever think, do, or say, before we ever are born. So, yes, He knows our end as well.

God does not control how we die. He gave us free will and let us choose how. He does however know exactly how and when we're going to die.
