Put post it notes all over the house hide them in places you that person will look...On each post it note put a letter to spell the words I love you but on the back of each letter put a message so for example
I is for In love with you because that's what i am
L is for lovely because that's what you are
O is for on top of the world when you came into my life
V is for valentines which i hope you will always be
E is for everything because you are my everything
etc etc hope this works i did this to ask my wife to marry be and that did the trick.

well, start off with inviting said person to dinner, at your house, if you're a chick, answer the door in lingerie and when his mouth falls open, kiss him and slowly close the door and when he comes up for air, tell him how much you love him and then dont let him say another word. If your a guy, tie a little note on a bouquet of flowers and "accidently" drop them on her lap.

surprise them with dinner or bring them to a pretty spot and tell them how much you love them...i brought my bf up to a lake and we looked at the stars it was so romantic :)

here in my town we have a ballonaitc who goes to where ever the person is and sings a song.
