I'm probably the nicest person alive..maybe too much. I am self motivated, chivalrous, and I stand tall with integrity. I am 18 and an aspiring Cardiovascular Surgeon...(call me a nerd if you will but I know why I was put on this Earth). I guess I look ok but if I don't then I guess I didn't choose to be born that way, God didn't give me that option.... I have an "ok" life but nobody to share it with. If anybody can please give me some tips, Im open to anything. I just need a person to spend some time with who won't take advantage of me....

You sound like a fantastic guy. Just stop being so nerdy and stop sounding desperate! To be honest you sound like youre going to fall apart in your question. Love happens when you least expect it so dont go out looking under every rock for that special person. They will show up when youre NOT looking.
If you notice a lot of girls like the jerks. Dont be a jerk but maybe stop being Mr Nice Guy just a little bit!
You may stand tall, but only you allow yourself to be taken advantage of in any situation. Dont let it happen! Dont settle for someone who would do that to you.

Amen to being a nice guy! And congrats on picking a field of work already at 18! Don't stop being who you are. Having your own independent life is the first step. Girls don't want a clingy guy with no goals or job.
Where to find a girl? First, pick one that's the same religion and has the same political views as you. You'll find this out after you start joining hobbies you enjoy. Most likely you're in college, so this is the best time(as well as in classes). Learn to go up to her and say hi, asking a question about something you have in common(in this case, the class).
It's true, some girls are really stuckup, selfish princesses. Don't fall for that! A real girl will take an interest in YOUR life(not yap on about hers), compliment you, support you and want to help you when you ask for it. Check out if she does anything for YOU first.
But make sure you're happy with yourself. Find hobbies/sports which interest you and causes to go after. The girl will come along in due time. Just enjoy your own life first. Want a girl, don't NEED her.

A lot of people feel the same way you do. Nobody wants to be lonely. Just live your life do things you like to do (in moderation) and keep your head in the books it will pay off when you get older you will probably have women all over you (smart, nice, enthusiastic, noble of course women will like you!)

i did feel that way but now I'm just relaxed about the whole finding someone thing.

first of all-RELAX!!!
the "lonely routine" is a turn-off. just be yourself and get out to meet people when time allows. great things are not rushed.
