Any diet will work. You just have to be willing to fight for what you want, meaning, you will have to be willing to feel uncomfortable. When we change our eating habits and forbid ourselves of our favorite foods, we tend to have tantrums then "eat all we want" and after go back on the diet. Which then produces a weight gain

Eat greens and pick the ones you really like. With avocado, tomato, etc. Eat salads that are glorious and crunchy. What about radishes. At other times eat pears, peaches, apples, cantaloupe, and grapes. If you see anybody serving pork run like hell.
Whenever you encounter someone whose belly protrudes, you can assume they eat pork, drink beer, or both.

the only thing that works for good and that's natural is to watch your calories and get at least a half an hour of exercise about 4 or more days a week...it really works i promise

Eat less, move more. Eat a balanced diet, cut out junk foods and cut out a lot of prepacked process foods but just eat less of it.
