Between 110lb and 150lb would be a healthy range for your height, so you are just in there. If you are looking to lose 10lb to 15lb, then I would suggest a combination of cardio and weight training. Cardio burns the fat, weight training builds muscle and increases metabolism. You should spend at least 20-30 minutes of both cardio and weights, as least 3 times per week, or as close to this as possible.
Also eating a really well balanced diet including lots of good carbs, such as wholemeal foods (ie brown bread, cereals, brown rice), fresh fruits and vegetables (keeping bananas and potatoes to a minimum); healthy proteins, such as turkey, chicken, lean ham, eggs and oily fish. You can have a little diary and treats, but try to limit them. If you must fry foods, then use olive oil instead of sunflower oil and drink at least 4-8 glasses of water per day. Also herbal teas such as green tea are known to speed up the metabolism. Good luck : )

My mother always told me the rule of thumb was 100 pounds for the five foot mark (for women). and 5 pounds for every inch thereafter. However, after having two children myself, that still makes me overweight, but, that would be a goal for me to achieve, given my cholesterol levels. You have to take in your age, overall health, fitness level, dietary guidelines, and lifestyle.
BMI (which you can calculate on an online program; body mass index) is certainly a factor; where you carry your fat is important to your health as well. Women usually carry their fat close to their skin; men carry it around their internal organs (thus their higher risk for heart attacks). Check with your doctor, however. Good luck!

look don't let Hollywood thin fool u. you are the correct weight for your height. if you must loose maybe 3 to 8 pounds would be enough. find you body mass index, if you are about 18-24 you are normal(look up BMI on the computer) it is the best way. real women don't look Hollywood unless u have a team of experts like them. good luck, hon.

You should weigh around 110 pounds. Shoot for 100 to be able to give you some wiggle room to maintain the 110 pounds.

Don't watch the scale as much as your activity level.
Get regular exercise that makes you really sweat and the rest takes care of itself.

I would say no more than 130 pounds depending on your frame size. I am 5'4' and my dr. says I should weigh no more than 120 pounds.
