How are you calling lean ground turkey a fatty meat? And I just wanted a fat and calorie answer.

I can't give you an exact calorie count, but I'd say you have too much bread, and you are short on veggies..
Instead of the P&J sandwich, have 2 apples, or some pineapple (not in syrup, just in juice) Or a good sized salad...lots of lettuce, a raw sliced onion, a tomato and even a hard boiled egg...with just some lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil
You had bread, bread, pasta and bread...too many carbohydrates! And too many carbohydrates is almost as bad as too much fat!
Your turkey burger is fine, and so is the ground turkey (or chicken)..they are the least caloric and fatty meats you can find (unless you are somewhere where they have ostrich steaks!) :-D
Check the calorie content of your tomato sauce...
and besides your half hour of cardio...talk a half hour brisk walk, walking is the best exercise there is!

turkey burger 50 calories, wheat bread 200 calories, veggie oil 150 calories, 2 slices lowfat cheese 160 calories, 1/2 slice of wheat bread 80 calories, jelly 50 calories, 1 cup pasta 300 calories, 1/4th lb turkey 150 calories, veggie oil 150 calories, tomato sauce 150 calories, 1/2 pbj sandwich 220 comes in a little over 1600 calories per day. for me that would not be enough to sustain my body weight so i would lose weight. it depends on how much you weigh and what the recommended caloric intake is.

All I can say is that you had just too much fats, proteins for that day, you're missing your fruits and veggies as well as water. Where's your hydration resources??? you have drink at least 2 L of water a day to keep your body in good shape and in fit condition. Taking vitamins is okay, but still you have to east 5-9 servings of fruits and veggies. I suggest going to Costco. and buy that brand Naked, and purchase those fruits and veggies.

Seriously, you need to lay off of that protein diet unless you're gonna work out. Meats like turkey, geese, duck, beef, and pork are high in saturated fats and they may have some source of trans fat that is bad for your heart in the future.

Just try to balance more of veggies and fruits and whole grains and you'll be fine!

The calorie and calories from fat are listed on the packaging of all those foods. How much or how little depends on your weight and build. Figure it out yourself.

No, but it's too much sick and gross food. I've already had 2 quarter pounders with extra cheese, an Italian Grinder, 4 fist fulls of fries, and a chocolate banana smoothie! Awesome!
