Just do what I did at that age, go play with Star Wars figures and leave the girl stuff until your balls and voice drop. You're shy for a reason, you're not ready.
Just remember that all your class mates who are bragging about being a big hit with all the girls are making 99% of it up.
If a girl shows up and you like her, that's fine, but to be trawling the internet at 13 is madness.

wait until youre older and have some more confidence. im 24 and still dont have a girlfriend. focus on getting to know girls as friends, rather than seeing them as potential girlfriends then you will find chatting to them easier
