If so, I'd like to report them. They drink all the time. Mexican rap lingers through out the night. I think they sell drugs to all kinds of cars and trucks are there at all times of the night or day.Who do you report the landlord to?Arn't police suppose to do something about heavy traffic at personal homes. They park on the street, the grass,They have even blocked our driveway and they just laugh and say we are here we are staying call ice we want care. What is a mexican to do with illegals?

It is illegal for a person who is not legally responsible to enter into a contract in the US. A rental contract is subject to both parties being legally able to enter into a binding contract. If one is not legally able then the contract is void.
The police in many large cities are currently ignoring the immigrant laws purposefully. I would suggest that you call the Homeland Security offices and your local Republican politicians to see if they can help. You as a citizen have every right to live in a peaceful, law abiding neighborhood.

The illegals don't deserve a house or an apartment. I'd report them. Like one time these illegals were having a part until like 12 o clock at night. The curfew is 10 o clock. But they didn't get stopped until a long time. And they were blasting music. But the legals had a party until 10:30 but they got stopped right away. That is racist. That's what it's coming down to.

How do you know they are illegal? No there is no law against renting to illegals.
You should complain to your landlord and document it and then call the police when s/he does not do anything about it. You can complain that they are disturbing the peace. If they are parking illegally, you should have them towed. But keep complaining to your landlord and writing it down. If he does nothing about it, then you can break your lease and move out (constructive eviction).

It is not legal. But, just because someone is Mexican doesn't mean they are not legal. I would just report them for selling drugs and playing their music too loud. For that, you will call the police.
But, unless you know fo sure they are illegal, you should not be reporting them to ICE. But definitely, report the sale of drugs.

If it's after 11:00p.m and they are playing muic and are too loud?
Call the police. Then when they show up to tell them to keep it down they can scope out the place and see if there is any illegal activity going on.
If they block your drive way you can have them towed.
Do it!! Call the police im sure they will send a tow truck down
to your house quick. Or tell you wich towing company to call.

Landlords are under no obligation to check the citizenship of their tenants. And yes, the police are supposed to check out such suspicious activities, but most departments are too busy to bother.
I'd say your best bet would be to take up their dare and call "La Migra" Immigration and Naturalization Services has hotlines in most areas with signifigant immigrant populations. It would be listed in your phone books blue pages.

How do you know they are illegal? If they are illegal, why don't you turn them in to immigration? I do not think the landlord has any obligation to make sure the people he rents to are here legally, like a prospective employer does.

Call the police. Their immigration status is immaterial. They are breaking the law.
The landlord isn't doing anything wrong. If he knows about the bad behavior, he probably wants them out, too.
